5. Deposits & Payments

Payment terms are outlined within each individual contract.

Progress payments may be required for larger projects.
Final payment is due upon substantial completion of work.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges, collection costs, and attorney fees where permitted by law.

6. Insurance Claims

If your project involves an insurance claim:

We are not public adjusters.
We cannot guarantee claim approval.
We cannot guarantee coverage amounts.
Insurance decisions remain solely between the property owner and insurance carrier.

Any supplements submitted are based on observed damage and industry standards.

7. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are provided directly by the product manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Labor warranties offered by Summit National Roofing & Exteriors apply only to workmanship defects and do not cover:

Acts of God
Storm damage
Hail damage
Wind events exceeding manufacturer ratings
Improper maintenance
Structural movement
Damage caused by third parties

Warranty details will be outlined in your project contract.

8. Property Protection

We take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping, driveways, sidewalks, and surrounding property during construction.

However, due to the nature of roofing and exterior construction, incidental damage may occur despite reasonable care.

The Company shall not be responsible for:

Existing property defects
Hidden structural conditions
Damage resulting from deteriorated substrates
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions
9. Change Orders

Any modification to the original scope of work must be documented through a written change order.

Additional work requested by the customer may result in additional charges and schedule adjustments.

10. Financing

Financing options may be offered through third-party providers.

Summit National Roofing & Exteriors:

Does not guarantee financing approval
Is not responsible for lender decisions
Is not responsible for loan terms, rates, or fees

Customers should review all financing agreements carefully before accepting.
